How: Old book page glued to card stock, cut out the top corners. Faintly painted over with white, pink, and blue watercolor. Adhered a vintage image. Took a quote/line from the book (Mill on the Floss) "Time of Passion". Glued two flowers. Printed a vintage clock and put one of those bubble 3d things on it. Outlined the images and for final touches spray painted some hem tape and stapled to the top. Top was inspired by RACHO113. I saw her use this technique on one of her vintage tags and wanted to try it. I really like the effect.
